Saffedine Malas and Jebriel Dandan were truly kind souls and loved by everyone. They always had intentions to help others for the sake of Allah, they loved company and kept everyone around them happy and welcomed. They supported anyone and everyone for any purpose that needed fulfilling, they always went by this saying: “None of you truly believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself.” Their warm smile would always make you feel loved, welcomed, and comforting. Their character was one of a kind, driven individuals who strived to be the best versions of themselves. Their respect for others was so passionate.
On January 24, 2023, we lost our two beloved brothers in a tragic car accident. This is the will of Allah (SWT), and their time was written. We cannot question it. Two beautiful young souls have returned to their Creator. We have created a Sadaqa Jariah (ongoing charity) on their behalf to benefit them in the hereafter, insha’Allah. The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, “The one who is burned to death is a Martyr,” may Allah (SWT) accept them as Martyrs, bi ithn Allah.
May Allah (SWT) envelope Saffedine Malas and Jebriel Dandan in his infinite pleasure and mercy, and reunite us all in the highest levels of Jannah Al-Firdaus, insha’Allah. Ameen.
